BY USING ANY OF THE SITES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS NOTICE, AS SUPPLEMENTED OR MODIFIED BY GE ASSET MANAGER, LLC FROM TIME TO TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS NOTICE, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THE SITES OR SUBMIT INFORMATION TO GE ASSET MANAGER, LLC.

USING THE SITES

GE Asset Manager, LLC ("GE Asset Manager") is the commercial operator of the Sites. However, software, hosting, content and other functions related to the operation of the Sites may be provided by GE Asset Manager's affiliates (i.e., General Electric Company and its direct and indirect subsidiaries ("GE Affiliates"), and Northcore Technologies, Inc. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries ("Northcore Affiliates")); GE Asset Manager's service providers ("Service Providers," i.e., contractors, vendors, distributors and service providers); and/or other third parties who are in a business relationship with GE Asset Manager ("Business Partners") (together, "Trusted Third Parties"). Trusted Third Parties are intended third party beneficiaries of this Notice.

At GE Asset Manager, protecting your privacy is very important to us. Our goal is to treat the personal information you furnish us with the utmost respect and in accordance with this Notice, which we have prepared so that you will clearly understand both our commitment to your privacy and our methods of collecting and using information.

This Notice applies to information gathered about and/or provided by visitors and registered users (together, "Users") of the Sites, and governs all interactions with GE Asset Manager through each of the Sites and by email. It describes the type of information GE Asset Manager collects from Users, what GE Asset Manager does with that information, how it shares that information with its Trusted Third Parties, and how Users can update and control the use of information provided to GE Asset Manager through the Sites.

This Notice applies solely to online data collection through the Sites. It does not describe information collection policies for data GE Asset Manager may collect though other Web sites, such as separate sites operated by our Trusted Third Parties that we do not control. By using any of the Sites or communicating with GE Asset Manager by email, you agree to the terms of this Notice. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS NOTICE, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THE SITES OR SUBMIT INFORMATION TO GE ASSET MANAGER.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Anonymous Browsing/Cookies

When you visit any of our Sites, we may place "cookies" on your computer. Cookies are small text files that our Web server automatically sends to your PC when you browse our Sites. Cookies are stored as text files on your hard drive, and can be accessed by our Web servers when you return to our Sites. Cookies automatically collect and send us non-personally identifiable information about your Site visit - for example, your computer's IP address, number of visits, average time spent, pages viewed, your navigation history through each Site, and other statistics. This information helps us improve your online experience in many ways: for example, by allowing us to monitor Site performance, make the Site easier to use, measure the effectiveness of our promotional placements, and tailor the Sites to better match your interests and preferences. Cookies also allow us to recognize registered Users when they return to the Sites, making the login process, our provision of products and services, and the overall online experience faster and more convenient. We may share information collected by cookies with our Trusted Third Parties, but only for the purpose of assisting us in the foregoing activities.

Cookies cannot be used to access data from your hard drive, or to personally identify you. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can set your Internet browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or to prevent cookies from being placed on your hard drive. However, if you reject cookies, you will limit the functionality of the Sites, and may prevent yourself from accessing certain of our products and services.

Some of our Business Partners (advertisers, for example) use cookies on the Sites with our permission. However, we have no access to or control over these cookies. This Notice covers the use of cookies only by GE Asset Manager, and does not cover the use of cookies by our Business Partners.

Personal Information Collection

You may use the Sites without registering or submitting any personally identifiable information. However, there are times when we may ask you for information about yourself, which we need in order to assist us in meeting your various needs, including:

• Providing you with products or services you have requested
• Servicing your account
• Responding to your inquiries
• Developing and/or informing you of other products or services that may be of interest to you.

In these cases, you will no longer be anonymous to us. To provide these services, we may ask you to provide, among other things, your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, as well as billing and financial account information and other information concerning your business. In addition, you may elect to apply online for our products or services, which may require us to gather additional information to determine your eligibility for such products or services.

INFORMATION SHARING

When you provide us with personal information, we will use that information for the purpose for which we collected it - for instance, providing you with products or services, facilitating a transaction, servicing your account, and responding to your inquiries. We may also share your personal information with our Trusted Third Parties for the purpose of assisting us in the foregoing activities, and with our GE Affiliates and Northcore Affiliates so they may contact you directly about products or services they believe may be of interest to you. However, we will never share your personal information with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. All of our Trusted Third Parties are under obligations to maintain the security and confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with this Notice.

We may also disclose your personal information to third parties in response to a request by a law enforcement authority, or when required or permitted by law or legal process, including a court order or subpoena.

In addition, we may share aggregate, non-personal information (e.g., information collected by cookies) with our Trusted Third Parties.

Finally, in the event GE Asset Manager, LLC is merged into another company, or another company acquires all or substantially all of GE Asset Manager, LLC's assets, including, without limitation, in the event of bankruptcy, you acknowledge that your personal information may be among the items transferred in that transaction. In such event, your personal information will continue to be governed by this Notice.

By submitting personal information to GE Asset Manager, you acknowledge and provide your consent to GE Asset Manager to transfer and store your personal data across national boundaries for purposes described in this Notice.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS, ONLINE SURVEYS AND OPT OUT

Occasionally, we will send you e-mail communications - on our own behalf and on behalf of our Trusted Third Parties - containing information that we believe may be of interest to you, for instance, information about products and/or services, or for the purpose of conducting online surveys. Other times, you might receive e-mail communications directly from our GE Affiliates or Northcore Affiliates informing you about products or services they believe may be of interest to you. However, you always have the choice as to whether or not you want to receive these kinds of communications.

When you first provide us with your personal information, you will be given the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving marketing e-mails and online surveys by selecting the "opt out" option on the registration form. In addition, you can always "unsubscribe" from receiving marketing communications.

HOW DO YOU ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION?

To the extent that you decide to register or otherwise provide us with personally identifiable information or other commercial or financial information through the Site, you may want to update the information. You can update the information by logging into your user profile and making changes online. In addition, you may contact us as described below to request changes or deletions to your personal information.

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION SECURED AND PROTECTED?

At GE Asset Manager, our goal is to protect your personal information submitted to us through this Site. We maintain physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from accidental, unauthorized or unlawful access, use, modification, disclosure, loss, or destruction. We restrict access to information about you to those individuals who need to know the information in order to perform activities consistent with those stated in this Notice. We instruct our employees with access to your information that it is to be used only in adherence with the principles set forth in this Notice and the laws applicable to our business. Employees who misuse customer information are subject to disciplinary action.

Our email server, however, is not encrypted. If your communication is very sensitive or includes highly confidential information, you may want to send it by means other than ordinary email.

Finally, no security measures, however, thorough, are perfect. Accordingly, we do not guarantee or warrant the security of the information you provide to us.

OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTORS

This Notice addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect online through the Sites. Our Sites may include links to the Web sites operated by our Trusted Third Parties. The privacy policies of those sites may be different from ours. When you leave our Sites and disclose your personal information to third parties on other Web sites, you are subject to the privacy policies for those sites. We are not responsible for the content of third party privacy notices, or the privacy practices employed by any third parties.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Sites are controlled, operated, and administered by GE Asset Manager, and this Notice is provided in accordance with and subject to, applicable U.S. law. Access to the Sites is intended only for Users located within the United States. GE ASSET MANAGER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND THAT USE OF THE SITES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES IS LAWFUL OR PERMISSIBLE. Those who access the Sites from other jurisdictions are responsible for their compliance with local laws pertaining to their use of the Sites. If you decide to continue to access the Sites from your location outside of the United States, you hereby agree to be subject to this Notice and waive all other privacy-related rights you may have.

CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE

The Sites are not intended for persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from, or knowingly market our products or services to, children under 13 years of age.
